Business
Checking
Our traditional business
checking is for businesses that have more complex deposit needs
and a high transaction volume. The monthly service fees, if any,
are determined by the transaction volume and average balance.
The service fees listed are then offset by an earnings credit,
or interest earned on the account balance. On request, we will
calculate an estimate of the typical monthly services fees.

Cash
Management
Your business checking
account can be linked to a money market fund*, which earns daily
dividends. When the balance of your checking accounts exceeds
a predetermined amount, the excess money transfers into a money
market fund*. Likewise, if the balance in your checking account
falls below the specified balance, the money is channeled from
the money market fund* back into your checking account. Your business
sweep account allows you to write checks on the combined balance
of the checking account and money market fund*.

*A money market fund is
not insured by the FDIC, is not a deposit or other obligation
of, or guaranteed by, the depository institution, and
is subject to investment risks, including possible loss
of the principal amount invested.
